All transactions are processed through secure PCI-compliant payment gateways. Bliss Travels does not store credit card information.
Refund eligibility depends on airline, hotel, cruise, and supplier fare conditions. Non-refundable fares and promotional bookings may not qualify for refunds. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Supplier penalties may apply. No-show bookings may result in forfeiture.
Travel confirmations and itineraries are delivered electronically within 24–48 hours of successful payment.
Customer data is collected solely for booking purposes. We do not store payment card data.
Customers agree to contact Bliss Travels before initiating disputes. Booking documentation may be used to contest invalid chargebacks.
