1. Rental Eligibility

• Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

• An international driving permit may be required for foreign drivers.

• A valid credit card is required for deposit and payment purposes.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are inclusive of taxes, standard insurance, and applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

3. Rental Duration & Return

• Rental periods are calculated on a 24-hour basis.

• Late returns may incur additional charges.

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were rented in, including fuel level.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

• The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, towing, or transporting hazardous materials.

• Renters are responsible for any fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period.

• Smoking and transporting pets in the vehicle may result in additional cleaning fees.

6. Insurance & Liability

• Basic insurance coverage is included. Optional additional coverage may be offered.

• Renters are liable for any damages not covered by insurance due to negligence or misuse.

• In case of an accident, renters must notify local authorities and contact Budget immediately.
