At Bliss Travels, we aim to make your travel journey hassle-free and memorable through our trusted partner, Budget Car Rentals. We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to accommodate your needs with a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  • No Refund: If the vehicle is not picked up (no-show) without any prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2. Early Returns

  • If you choose to return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled drop-off date, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on the terms of the rental agreement.

3. Changes to Reservation

  • Modifications to your reservation (such as dates, times, or vehicle type) are allowed based on availability. Changes may affect your rental rate, but no additional fee will be charged for the modification itself.

  • If the modified reservation results in a lower rental cost, the difference will be refunded.
